We pride ourselves on offering one of the best warranties in the business.  If your umbrella frame breaks (pole, ribs, open function) in its lifetime, we will repair or replace it, no questions asked.


My umbrella is broken, what do I do?
Please contact us to get a Return Authorization Number, and receive instructions from us.  Please do not drop off or ship to us without contacting us so we can assess the damage and provide instructions. 

Who pays for shipping?
If you have had the umbrella for less than a year, you will not be responsible for any shipping charges.  If you have had the umbrella more than a year, you will be responsible for the shipping to get it to us.  Then, we will cover the costs of repair and then ship it back to you at our expense. 

What if I can repair it myself?
In some cases we can send you replacement parts and you can repair them yourself (with our help/instruction) so that you can save the shipping cost.  E.g.  We can send you replacement tips that you can easily sew on yourself, like a button. 

How long does it take?
Please allow 3-4 weeks for repair, plus shipping time. 

What does “Lifetime” mean?
We will provide free repairs to the umbrella for the life of the fabric.  If the umbrella fabric is worn, faded, mildewed or dirty/stained, then it has reached the end of its life and it is time for a new one.

Are there any limitations to your warranty?
Our warranty covers functional defects only, not cosmetic issues (e.g. scratches, rust, etc).

Do you repair other umbrellas?
We are able to repair our own umbrellas, but we do not have parts for other company's umbrellas so we are unable to repair them.
